Nicole Abbott, Remote Training Partner

Nichole is my remote training partner and more importantly, best friend.  She ranked 5th in the World in 2018, 6th in 2019, and is the 2023 NoBull CrossFit Games 2nd place finisher.

Dr. Colleen Hacker, my collegiate soccer Coach and Friend

I would be remiss to not include my college soccer Coach Colleen Hacker.  Few people have had more impact upon my life than Colleen!  I had the privilege and honor to play in 4 National Championship soccer matches, winning 2, while being a part of her teams.  Colleen taught me my mental game ... to "Believe and Achieve".
